Registration at the Icfai University Press is absolutely free. In order to register, please click on the "Register Now" button which is on the left hand side. To Complete the registration process, you are required to give full details like mailing address, email Id etc. We advise you to register with us, so that you could receive information from us about special offers, promotions, and happenings at the Icfai University Press from time to time.

"My Account" is a personalized login facility to www.icfaipress.org which allows you have complete control over your details at the University Press . Not only can you manage / edit all your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids, but you can also change your user id and password .

What is a Shopping Cart?
An online shopping cart is similar to the cart you use in physical supermarkets. You may add items that you wish to purchase online into it and proceed to pay for the order. The unique feature of the cart is you can add as many items you want in the Shopping cart and purchase them later.

Is there any minimum order value to place an order?
No. You can order as much or as little you want at the University Press website. At the University Press, we process all orders placed online, irrespective of the order value.

Please note that cancellations have to be made within 24 hours after placing an order. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our customer service department by sending an email at serv@icfaipress.org and giving the reference of your order number.

Placing an order with the University Press is easy.
All you need to do is browse or search for the items you would like to order. The search option facility is available on every page of our site. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see more information about the product.

Click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button on the item's product information page. Once you've added an item to your shopping cart, use the cart's navigation bar or the "Continue shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order.

View all the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. When you're ready to place an order for the products in the "Shopping Cart Items--To Buy Now" section of your cart, click the "Proceed to checkout" button. If you are a first time shopper, you will have to register with us, by creating a new account and filling in the personal information in the fields provided. If you are a repeat shopper, you will have to log in using your login name and password. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

If you are ready to checkout, click the "Checkout" button. Enter Customer Information, Billing Information, Despatch Information and click continue. Select the payment option and click submit , then you are required to give credit card details and click submit. You will be shown confirmation of your transaction after successful execution of the order.

How is my Order delivered to me?
Our logistics partners will take care of delivery of your order. Incase the delivery is not executed, due to a wrong address or the recipient being unavailable / premises being locked, the customer shall still be charged for the order.

Please note that the delivery of the items will not be attempted on Sundays or on any public holidays due to unavailability of courier service.

What do I do in case I receive a defective / damaged item from the University Press ?
If an item ordered by you on the University Press is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please fill the online form at http://www.icfaipress.org/missing.asp for a duplicate copy.

Are the despatch costs additionally charged ?
